Mr. Gori had participated in the Manulife Mandatory Provident Fund Top-up in Hong Kong from March 2015 to May 2017 prior to becoming President and CEO. Mr. Costantini participates in the John Hancock 401(k) plan and the defined contribution supplemental arrangement in the U.S. Mr. Costantini has benefits remaining from his prior employment in the Manulife supplemental arrangement in Canada from when he worked in Canada between July 1990 and September 2000 and in the John Hancock 401(k) plan from when he worked in the U.S. between September 2000 and January 2014.
